Joseph P. Larson III is SVP of National Security Operations at Anduril. From 2022 to 2024, Joseph served as the inaugural Deputy Chief Digital & AI Officer for Algorithmic Warfare within the Office of the Secretary of Defense, leading warfighting autonomy and AI initiatives. He led the Algorithmic Warfare Cross-Functional Team (Project Maven) from 2021 to 2022 for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. He previously held roles at Anduril, Tulco Labs, Palantir, and Sidley Austin LLP. Joseph served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 24 years as an intelligence and information operations officer. He holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School, a Masters in Strategic Studies from the Army War College, and a B.A. from University of San Diego.
Steve is Booz Allen’s defense technology business President and a member of the firm's Leadership Team. He helps clients identify mission gaps and design and deploy mission-tailored technology solutions. His investment focus includes autonomy, AI and warfighting mission systems. He has held leadership roles in Booz Allen’s chief technology office, defense, health, energy, commercial and international businesses. He led the company's AI business and led analytics adoption initiatives for civilian health agencies and in the financial, pharmaceutical and energy industries. Steve advocates for accelerated adoption of emerging technologies and has served on multiple industry commissions and taskforces. He is a four-time Wash100 award winner. He holds an M.S. in operations research from George Mason University and a B.A. in mathematics from Rutgers University.
Austin Bishop is co-founder of Reindustrialize / New American Industrial Alliance, and General Partner at the venture fund Tamarack Global, where he invests across AI, energy, aerospace and national security. He is a former hedge fund trader, and co-founder of AI-powered manufacturing company Atomic Industries, and is a leading voice in the reindustrialization movement.
Emily Nguyen serves as Head of Industrials at Palantir Technologies and leads the Warp Speed initiative to reindustrialize the US. Since joining Palantir in 2013, Emily has led key partnerships in energy, manufacturing, logistics, and military. She holds a BA from Princeton University.

Mr. Rodriguez serves as a Director or Advisor of 14 venture-backed companies to include Applied Intuition, Chariot Defense, Firestorm, Kela Systems, Smack Technologies, Ursa Major, Vantage Robotics, and ZeroMark. He is also a Commission Director at the Atlantic Council, Chairman of Blue Forge Alliance, and a Life Member at the Council on Foreign Relations.
