Innovation showcase
Finalists
We received 100+ applications for the 2026 Innovation Showcase. After a full review, we narrowed down the applicants to 20 finalists, who were invited to have a presence in the conference's expo hall and are featured below. From the 20 finalists, we narrowed once more to 5 companies that will be participating in a live demo during the conference for the chance to win a $100K SAFE note and non-dilutive cash prizes.
To all the companies that submitted applications, thank you. You represent the best of not only the Cambridge startup ecosystem, but the national defense tech ecosystem as well.
Best of luck to the five teams pitching!
AMROK
AMROK is building autonomy infrastructure for the next generation of military and commercial space missions.
Selected for live stage pitch
Bandelier Technologies
Bandelier builds long-range quantum detection and imaging systems that operate below the detection threshold of adversary sensors. Our memory-free quantum architecture enables sensing and imaging in contested and GPS-denied environments where traditional radar cannot operate.
Selected for live stage pitch
ProDex Labs
ProDex is an AI-powered production intelligence platform that replaces manual production meetings with real-time, automated decision support. It integrates demand, materials, capacity, and labor data to optimize scheduling, routing, and flow. The system provides a holistic, zoomable view of operations, reducing uncertainty and enabling faster, higher-confidence manufacturing decisions.
Selected for live stage pitch
Skyline Nav AI, Inc.
Skyline Nav AI's Pathfinder Edge and Copilot deliver GPS-independent navigation, resilient autonomy, and precision targeting, fusing onboard vision, global datasets, and mission control tools to keep drones and aircraft on-course and on-target, even in jammed or denied environments. This is a proven capability (TRL-8) deployed worldwide.
Selected for live stage pitch
VectorWave
VectorWave is an MIT spinout that built the first AI hardware accelerator, the analog processing unit (APU), specifically to enhance edge compute & AI for wireless applications. We believe the APU will enable every connected device to have Gigabit speeds without wireless interference through instantaneous, continuously running, automated spectrum management.
Selected for live stage pitch
Allkemie
Allkemie is an advanced materials startup specializing in the tunable, scalable, ultra-low-cost production of high-quality nanomaterials that improve the performance of common-use materials for applications ranging from advanced Chemical and Bio (CBRN) fabrics, to high resistance polymers and fuels (having demonstrated a 10% increase in diesel fuel efficiency and a 13% reduction in NOx emissions). Allkemie’s technology consists of a patented method of tuning graphene oxide at a mass scale.
Archaius, Inc.
Archaius, Inc. designs, develops, and deploys advanced electronic protection technologies for the world's wireless systems, ensuring uninterrupted operation of GPS, communications, and critical infrastructure. Our products provide a shield around GPS and radar systems, ensuring reliable positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) in GPS-degraded, denied, or contested environments and safeguarding system integrity when the spectrum is under attack.Engineered to meet the toughest operational challenges, our Grale C2, Grale GPS, and Talon platforms are lightweight, low-energy, and interoperable across critical infrastructure and both manned and unmanned vehicles.
CerberusAI
CerberusAI is building the runtime trust infrastructure for the agentic era, enforcing identity and intent before autonomous systems execute high-impact API actions.
Endox AI
Converting the industrial supply chain from replace only to repair anywhere by employing robots powered by physical AI to execute cold spray to heal metal.
Gander Robotics
Gander Robotics builds robotic and autonomous solutions for non-kinetic military problems. Our flagship product, Autonomous Rescue Swimmer, is a hand-throwable autonomous underwater vehicle for man-overboard and maritime search & rescue situations.

Hyperios Technologies
Hyperios’s physics-aware sensor fusion platform detects space and missile threats by unifying fragmented sensor data into a single, real-time picture. We combine diverse sensors to detect threats that others miss.
Kairox Systems
Kairox Systems is developing the future of unmanned warfare - amphibious drones capable of seamless air-to-underwater transition. Designed for attrition warfare, forward deployment, and rapid payload reconfiguration. Purpose-built for the contested battlespace.

LARX
Larx is the decision intelligence platform for a world defined by overwhelming data and accelerating timelines. We unify visual, geospatial, and multi-source intelligence into a single operational layer that delivers clear, actionable answers—so humans can make faster, more confident decisions. In an era where speed and clarity determine outcomes, Larx becomes the infrastructure for decision advantage.
Mithril Technologies, Inc.
We're building a floodlight for space that works in every orbit - whether you need SDA or resilience against electronic warfare, our electrostatic actuation technique can achieve it.
MotionAnalytics
MotionAnalytics develops MotionID — AI that identifies individuals by their unique movement patterns from standard video.By converting motion into biomechanical signatures, MotionID enables reliable identification across ground and aerial sensors, even when faces, clothing, lighting, or distance make traditional biometrics ineffective.Designed for defense, homeland security, and critical infrastructure, MotionID introduces a new layer of identity intelligence for real-world operational environments.
We are excited to bring back the Innovation Showcase, where selected early-stage companies can demonstrate their cutting-edge technologies and national security solutions to an audience of over 1,200+ executives, senior government officials, investors, and students.
Five standout finalists will pitch their startups in front of the entire conference and a panel of judges to win a first-place prize of a $100K SAFE investment as well as non-dilutive grants for first ($5k), second ($3k), third place ($1k), and crowd favorite($1k).
Past Innovation Showcase winners include Vulcan Elements, which subsequently raised over $1B in federal and private capital, and Rehydrate, a defense tech startup building next-generation solutions for logistics, sustainment, and operational resilience in contested environments.
Companies selected for the Innovation Showcase will receive two complimentary conference tickets for the event on April 4, 2026, at MIT Sloan School of Management.
To be eligible, startups must meet the following criteria:
- Pre-Seed to Seed startup at the time of conference date (April 3-4)
